ASTRO CHALLENGE 09 - out of this world
so what have i done after obs.
anw, unlike the lucky ones can sleep all they want, i woke up at 8 the next day
and bath.. of course.. and than started mugging astro.. mugged the whole morning..
till like 11 plus or close to 12.
than go lot one and take cab to ntu for our first day of comp..
it was a tough day. tired and not prepared, i sat for the monstrous MCQ and data response round.
wooh, the paper was stretching out every minute to devour my brain and slather my poor neurons.
how evil the nus(or ntu ) setters are.. create this kinda evil beings..
after that spend some 2 hour doing project and than went mac(dinner) b4 going home
called bethany to borrow a wheel chair.. tio decline.
next day went to lot one
to do a small training with weijie and johann. hahas so funny
we wait outside library. than while it is getting closer and closer to 11,
we realised got alot of ppl waiting outside the library hahas. from young to old..
than when to door open, everyone run in... siao.. singaporean ar, damn kia su..
i laugh like mad.. cos i see one old uncle also running in like got gold to take lik tad.
hahas lmao!
ate lunch.
walked to school to board a bus to Marine parade.
hahas, on the way i told johann and weijie, a successful person never gives up!
so we walk straight into bethany and ask to borrow a wheel chair again.
than we were rejected again.. lols.. but i didnt expect much anw..
but after 5 steps out side the home, the women called me and asked me to go back get wheelchair.
woots. i knew i was awesome! hahas
really proves that miracle can happen.
anw, went there, prepare.. blah blah..
eileen and stacey looks so special.. dont want take pic with me.. so bad. lol
than wad?.. ouh.. yea
presentation was a success. could entertain the audience and make judges laugh..
i think that is why we can win most voted project..
and our junior team won the judges award too.
too conclude, BP won everything there. LOL !
sunday, went to meet johann weijie rahmad and mr seow online for online training.
didnt turn out very effective so got edrei to go with us to jurong library
TRAINING! rocks!
hahas.. laughing at mr brown podcast.. and the others didnt study much
but i am sure and believe they learned sth...
i learned alot! hahas.
and my cousins from malaysia also came..
sorry luhs. didnt have time to spend with them.
okay. next day. MONDAY 15th june.
lol big day. its the competition day!
go there like.. hai yer.. comfirm no chance one.. we go there let ppl beat us only..
but mr seow called me the other night.. gave me some motivation..
so i act like i wanna win.. but than actually i felt like i was lying to myself. lol
but nevertheless, on the bus told them we will win.
but the important thing is .. when we went into the lecture theatre,
i saw this big challenge trophy. super cool and i knew than that it will be mine by the end of the day.
hahas.. i really wanted to win it. its sooo cool. only the champion of the category can win bring that thing home for one year.. and defend its championship the next year.
so i started getting all excited.. i told everyone to focus on it.. and told everyone that it will be ours by the end of the day..

but well, went for our games round and than lunch.
hahas so surprise to see lihsia at the canteen. she tapped me.. i was surprised.
but than realise it was her lunch break from her work. hahas
than went back to the room and wait for them announce finalist.
nus... rgs.. ri... than BP!... and hci
round one .. was fine.. end up first..
round 2.. super fun.. special round
than needa go thru checkpoints and stuff. with the other ppl..
than can buy equipment like lost in space and time to sabo other groups to skip one turn
and alot more. super funny... had much fun..
but NUS won first..
than last round, buzzer round. this year super hard.
nobody buzzed in much.. RI the most.. but also half of it also wrong.
end up get little points only...
we one correct one wrong.. end up with no points.
but nvm..
than it was senior round.. all the Junior colleges..
than prize presentation.. i dont need to say much..
i think i will
go mad if i say how i felt.. hahas. but it was great...
