no no. woonyeow wrong wrong. lets put it as first higest point is a, lowest point as b and next highest pont as c. the boat first accelerates upwards (b4 the tire gone case) then it will definitely, accelerate down from point c to point b by gravity. this is definite. i mean dont you know the boat is fastest when it is near the lowest? so acceleration do takes place. then from point b back to point a, it deccelerates. this is a cycle and slows down due to resistance (air, friction, what-hav-you.)
so what i mean is when the boats accelerates down from highest point to lowest pont, acceleration times the massive boat's mass is equals to alot of force (F=MA) and there is exactly where the ppl tried to brake the boat. GET IT?
